Hello Everyone!

About Me

I am a 49 year old grandmother of three little ones, living in Europe. Both daughters married into the military: (following their father's 28-year Naval career), Marine Corps and the other an MP in the Army, now in Iraq (his 3rd tour & he hasn't even turned 25 yet!)

In all my years, I've done landscaping, gardening, remodeling, construction, renovations, had a flooring business and helped customers choose many different mediums to complete projects, kitchens, outdoor areas, bathrooms, etc. - Also have been awared copyrighted and published photographs. I have an online web site on and I also create stained glass, murals, fountains, watergardens, and I can create artwork in tile, porcelain, marble, ceramic or travertine. I've remodeled my home, built my own, grotto/roman style bathtub. I started as one would a shower-pan floor and used tumbled 2x2" tumbled-marble squares, incorporating stones, shells and other mediums into the tub surround, with inset shelving which has also dragon-flys inlaid into the inset shelves. I love to do that type of designing and work. In 2007, I graduated with a Master's Degree in psychotherapy and school guidance counseling, only to have hurt my spine and now I am not able to complete work I have always wanted to do. There remains a "King-sized-Sail Fish" inlaid into six-20 by 20" porcelain tiles. It's made up of solid large pieces using as many mediums as possible and is on consignment at Tony's Flooring in Palm Bay, FL on route 1..
