About Me
I am 56 years old single female who has just purchased a 2 bedroom house in an older area of Sacramento Ca for $86000. I just had to do it since the prices are so low in this economy. The only downfall is this area is not the best part of town and since I bought it FHA I have to live there for a couple of years. I have experience in cabinetry, used to built them back in 2001 til around 2003, I was younger then so not sure how good I am anymore and don't have access to the great tools that I had at the shop.
This house has hardwood floors, new dual pane windows and a fireplace. It needs some updating but was remodeled in 04. The paint colors are ugly and the kitchen is cheap. The yard needs lots of work and I intend to do much of this myself
