About Me
I'm a sr. citizen with 7 grands and 8 great-grands. I had a poured concrete colored patio done and am not happy with it. Stones are popping up through the finish and I don't know if my contractor is responsible to fix it. The patio is only 1 year old. I am in a townhouse and the company responsible for maintenance threw salt on part of the patio and discolored it even tho I had a sign in Spanish and English asking for no salt. Can you tell me who is responsible for my two problems and how to fix it?
