Redoing a family home built in the 1920's. So much work to be done. Living in the South means it is hot and humid. I am fighting mildew and mold, as well as a large amount of dirt. I need to remove the old vinal flooring in the kitchen, bath, and 2 bedrooms. I have found nice pine flooring underneath 3 layers of flooring. Don't know where to begin to start pulling up the old flooring with sheets of 1/2 inch pliwood under the ugly vinal. Wow! Any pointers would be great!
