About Me

New home owner. Bought a Craftsman with"Tudor" accents .
Want to:
*Remodel 2nd bath- put in tub w/ shower; DONE!!!
*Enlarge Master Suite, turn a bedroom into master bath with a 6 foot tub and walkin closet. DONE!!!!
*Finish attic - with a den, bedroom and bath; - Walls are up!!!; Insulation, Wall board and electric almost done; built in desk/craft cabinets; paint; fixtures
5 yr plan
*Remodel kitchen - demo former masterbath to expand kitchen; cover up old staircase; move side door to back of house; Exisiting cabinets are painted!!
*Create new entry way with stairs to basement and attic, basement access in the living room instead of in the kitchen; Attic stairs done!!!
10 yr plan
*Build back deck and porch off of 2nd floor bedroom;
*Dig out other 2/3's of basement- for 1 a Rec room, bedroom and bath with the workshop which is already there;
*Enlarge front stoop to a porch.
